**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organise and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Demonstrated organisational abilities with a capacity to manage time effectively.
- Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills is advantageous.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.40 per hour
