**As a F&B Reservations Agent at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for**:

- Actively gathering information about special requirements, guest preferences, allergies, celebrations, etc
- Following up on any special requests related to reservations
- Understanding all outlets layout and table/ floor plans
- Communicating all special requests and arrangements to restaurant management

As a **F&B Reservations Agent,** you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
