**Quality Coach/IQA (Work from Home)**
We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s top financial training providers due to a period of growth. The training provider works with over 40,000 students per year, with 8 out of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms choosing to use them.
The training provider is now looking to take on an experienced Financial Services Quality Coach/IQA, delivering qualifications in Risk and Compliance or Investment Operations.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities for the IQA**:
- Undertaking observation of teaching, learning and assessment to support continuous improvement and ensure a standardised approach is adopted across the team.
- Provide support and guidance to the training team, identifying key development areas and determine support needs.
- Preparation for visits, assessments, and inspections from external stakeholders such as Ofsted and SFA.
- Work closely with the management team on quality matters: identify and prioritise areas for interventions and maintain a good, supportive, and constructive relationship with colleagues.
- Contribute to the improvement of assessment practice to ensure the organisation meets Ofsted requirements for the Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
- Undertake audits of the Internal Verification system and procedure to ensure compliance with all policies and procedure
- Liaising with the awarding bodies to ensure documentation and records are maintained to a high standard.
**Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the IQA**:
- Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33
- Hold recognised Internal Quality Assurance Qualification, V1, Level 4 TAQA
- Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS, Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Vocational competence within the financial service highly desirable
- Experience in working in Investment Operations and Risk and Compliance
- Knowledge of the Education and Skills Funding Agency requirements
