If so, I have had an exclusive instruction from one of my leading clients who are seeking a Claimant Medical Negligence Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEx) to join their growing clinical negligence team on a remote home working basis.
The team have a wealth of knowledge in representing clients in this complex field of law and have an abundance of good quality clinical negligence work, regularly pursuing successful clinical negligence claims against a number of Defendant Hospital Trusts,GP's and doctors who practice privately.
For this vacancy, experience is everything. Recruiting a qualified Claimant Solicitor or Legal Executive would be ideal, but those who are not qualified (or perhaps part-qualified) yet have at least 4 years of clinical negligence experience should get in touch:

- You will join an already strong team with full secretarial/admin support.

- This role can be offered on a permanent home working basis.
