This role is fully remote with no formal office, however there are montly meet ups in Bristol for those who live near the area.
**What you’ll be doing**
As part of the Client Services Team, you will be working with the team on a range of projects. This role will be varied and you’ll be responsible for scoping, estimating project costs, project planning, quality management, resourcing project risk and assumptionmanagement. As Digital Project Manager within the agency you’ll be the glue that holds the digital projects and development needs together - from start to completion. You’ll make sure the right projects are prioritised and help the internal teams structuretheir commitments, making sure that all projects are kept on time and budget. You will be client facing and will regularly be checking in with the client, reporting back on project progress and updates.
You will be working on a range of digital projects, including web development, accessibility, usability, App design and build, participation and co-production for local authority teams that are in need of a digital solution.
**What experience you’ll need**:

- Previous project management experience is essential here, whether that’s as a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer or Delivery Manager.
- Track record in successfully managing technically complex projects, from website development, CMS integration, app and software projects.
- A good and demonstrable knowledge of the website or app production lifecycle and managing digital projects.
- Understanding of agency design and development processes.
- Effortlessly capable of influencing key stakeholders and communicating at all levels of the business and bringing projects in on time and budget, with plenty of in-house and external agency resource to help you do it
- Experience working with Public Sector or charity clients is preferable.
