Come and join us We currently have exciting opportunities for a **Planing Support Administrator** to join our team in Thetford
- This post is working **Monday to Friday.**:
- The hours of work and shift patterns are**:EITHER 14.00 - 22.00 OR 12.00 - 20.00**:
- The rate of pay is**: £14.12 per hour**
Main Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
- Work in close partnership with production team as well as planning to ensure efficient planning of factory production.
- Update forecasts and orders.
- Prepare Morning call sheets.
- Assisting the planning team with tasks that have not been completed during the day (chase packaging & ingredients)
- To support and actively participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the site performance in all areas of the business
- Check & Cleanse data that is used in planning tools.
- Random stock checks.
- Provide effective handovers to the day team.
- Escalating major issues through the night to the SLT.
Knowlege/Skills:
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Organized and methodical thinker - good problem-solving skills.
- Good level of IT & MS office skills.
- Self-motivated & highly resilient
