Prestige Personal Care is an established, growing manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic product including bath care, skincare, haircare, tanning, baby and fragrance categories. We offer a full service from creating formulations, to manufacturing, filling, storage pick, pack, delivery and compliance. We are accredited with BRC, ISO22716, ISO9001, SEDEX and Cosmos. We work with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and brand owners and own the distribution and licensing rights to various brands in our own name.
**Job Purpose**:
To provide administration and technical support to the NPD department, by managing paperwork, dealing with suppliers and providing assistance where needed.
**Duties**:
- Creating I-, C- and P- codes in Rubicon
- Creating and managing the BOMs sent to the NPD team in Rubicon
- Compiling and completing PIF’s for completed products
- Compiling, requesting, monitoring and tracking safety assessments for completed products
- Tracking, requesting from suppliers and compiling the following declarations and raw materials questionnaires: cruelty free, salicylate free, vegan friendly, palm oil free
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation for raw materials
- Updating stability results on a weekly basis
- Ordering, sending and tracking challenge samples
- Ordering, sending and tracking derma test samples
- Recording and centralising all third-party documentation into one place for easy access
- Making orders for staff to NPD lab, both internal and external for suppliers
- Answering incoming calls and communicating with suppliers
- Sending NPD parcels
- Filing
- Answering questions and providing relevant documentation to other departments or suppliers, as and when necessary.
- Become the main administrator for COPTIS (Training will be given)
**Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Previous experience as an administrator, or in a technical support role
- Experience of working in a technical team and in an office environment would be beneficial
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
- Loyal, reliable and trustworthy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
