Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
Hales Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of our Commercial Printing Client based in Thetford. As Office Administrator you will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate supportto work efficiently by managing paperwork, dealing with suppliers and providing assistance where needed.
What will you be doing?
- Answering the telephone and speaking with both customers and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation for raw materials
- Liaising with suppliers and ordering materials
- Answering customer queries and supplying quotes in a timely manner
- Placing customer orders and advising on lead times
- Answering questions and providing relevant documentation to other departments or suppliers, as and when necessary
Who are you?
- 2 years' previous experience as an administrator
- Experience working with Sage Accounts Package would be beneficial
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
