**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Supervisor to supervise our team of Cleaning Operatives and the Cleaning Services that we provide to our valued client based at Maitland Avenue, Manchester ,M21 7WB.

**Job Type**: Permanent - Full-Time.

**Pay Rate**: £12.50 per hour.

**Working Hours**: 40 Hrs per week, 8 Hrs per day, Monday to Friday - usually 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs although must be flexible with early mornings and late finishes on occasion.

**Start Date**: Immediately.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- To plan the industrial cleaning scheduled work, consisting of reviewing the Site Survey, method of cleaning then allocating the task to the appropriate team for completion.
- Cleaning duties include, jet washing, graffiti removal, general cleaning, window cleaning/ Reach and wash window cleaning, gutter work, builders clean, waste cleans, University cleans, kitchen canopy cleans, carpet cleans and more, COVID cleans (if required).
- Auditing of works completed, company vehicles, machinery and PPE.
- To ensure all equipment is in good working order and report if repairs are required.
- Occasional weekend work

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Driving license with less than 6 points (requirement to drive on the odd occasion)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper storage methods
- Happy to work indoors or out
- Happy to work at height when required
- Happy to undergo courses relevant to the role
- Potential overnight stay
- Enable to pass an Enhanced DBS

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of Industrial cleaning
- Supervisory experience
- CSCS card
- MEWP trained
- PASMA trained
