Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning supervisor to join our team. cleaning our clients prestigious new offices, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Shift is Monday to Friday 7-9pm.

Pay rate £13.00 per hour, paid monthly directly into you bank on the 5th of every month.

Full training and uniform provided.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchens, and communal areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
  • Lead a small team of cleaners with passion and enthusiasm
  • Check standards and rectify
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Supervising role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
