**RIB Contracts Limited** are looking for someone to join them as an Apprentice Operational Support Administrator. Working in the heart of their team where their contributions really matter to maintain the high standards that keep the team thriving. Working closely with the Operations Manager and the Project teams, along with interaction with the Directors, the role is all about keeping things running smoothly, providing vital administrative and clerical support; and maintaining a good relationship with customers both internal and external to the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support our Company Directors with various administrative tasks and learn from industry pros
- Engage with payroll, accounts, sales, maintenance, transport, and more to resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with the Hire Desk Team to keep operations seamless.
- Assisting with Project set ups and utilise our CRS System
- Plan travel accommodations and assist with purchase orders
- Be the friendly voice of our company by answering calls and directing them to the right departments or taking messages when needed.
- Help with raising purchase orders for equipment or services.
- Stay organised by handling filing and photocopying duties.
- Dive into other general office tasks that keep our workplace running.

**Working Week**: 40-hour week - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm with half hour for lunch and one day study for college depending on age
**Salary**:Starting at £15,704 per annum in line with the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage depending on age ( please see further information below).
**About the Employer**: Since 2016, RIB has been crafting one-of-a-kind spaces and delivering interior fit-out projects, from the initial concept to the final finishing touches on site. Located in Small Dole, West Sussex, in the picturesque South Downs, our headquarters is home to our talented team of managers, creative technicians, and skilled craftspeople. Their 12,000 sq. ft. in-house fabrication facility allows RIB to produce bespoke joinery and metalwork to clients exact specifications. RIB provide personalised design and manufacturing solutions, ensuring a seamless process all under one roof.
**Future Prospects**:There is possibility for a full time position on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
**Training**:

**Things to Consider**:
- This is a 21-month apprenticeship including end point assessment.
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK.
- Applicants must be free from full time education and have the relevant minimum grades required to apply.
- Applicants MUST BE resident in the area local to the apprenticeship opportunity or be prepared to relocate in time to start employment and study.
- Applicants MUST BE committed to the learning and stay to the end of the apprenticeship
- Due to the office location - it would be an advantage to have a driving licence and own transport as there is limited public transport.
