We need attentive, outgoing individuals with a can-do attitude to make guests feel at home, from first impression to final goodbye.

Working both behind the scenes in our head office and across front desk for the hotel, swim club and beach lofts. This balance of customer service and office life brings the best of both worlds, boosts your skillset and ensures working days are never dull. Guests will remember you for underpinning the happiness that shaped their holiday, and you’ll thrive on it - while taking the next step up the ladder of your hospitality career.

**You’ll need to**:

- Assist with all aspects of a guest’s stay, from booking meals and treatments to helping with luggage and dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Go above and beyond guest expectations to provide a welcoming experience, whether in person, over the phone or through other forms of communication.
- Work back of house as part of our Guest Services team.
- Check guest in out.
- Hosting our swim club and ensuring pool area is clean and tidy.

**What you offer**:

- Adept at prioritising and time management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous FOH experience
- Previous Experience of Property management systems.
- First aid qualification
