**About us**:
We offer a contemporary tailoring cut from a classic British tradition. Born in Chelsea, a leading shopping destination for quintessentially traditional and contemporary ready-to-wear collections, bespoke tailoring, formalwear hire and luxury accessories.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a experienced part time sales person to assist in our Flagship Store at 75 Lower Sloane including every Saturday.The role is a minumum of 8 hours a week.

Your main goals will be to give excellent customer service to help the store to achieve

company goals.

This will be a new store opening so we are looking for some who has local knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit who can bring in business with connections and networking.

Our dream is that every client feels and shares our brand identity, in a way that they are willing to come back again to our stores.

To make this happen, we need you

**Key responsibilities of the role**:
Sales: Leads sales strategies, as well as the achievement of commercial objectives and KPIS, involving the sales team through action plans, always guaranteeing a careful brand image throughout the sales process.
- Customer experience: Attracts and builds customer loyalty paying attention to
every detail, offering the highest quality service.

Shop administration: Ensures compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, etc.

Fashion is your passion and helping customer with purchases is natural to you.

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- At least, 1 years of previous experience within a tailoring company-Desirable

Experience in Made to Measure would be a plus

Experience in fitting garments for alterations -Desirable

Attention to detail and strong customer service expertise
- Essential

Ability to achieve KPI results
- Essential.

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
