Flagship Store Manager (Maternity Cover) OTE: £48,000 per annum (base £32,000 – £35,000, plus uncapped commission and a quarterly bonus). As a Flagship Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of this mission on the shop floor, inspiring and leading your team to deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience. Responsibilities Business driver – Drive retail growth month‑on‑month, exceed location targets & KPIs, create exciting in‑store events and masterclasses, ensuring full bookings. Team leader – Model the highest service standards, perform services regularly, collaborate with District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager on counter training, ensuring team excellence. Mentor & coach – Provide regular mentoring and coaching, motivating team members to succeed. Professionalism – Maintain grooming and brand standards, embodying Dermalogica values every day. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in retail. Equivalent Level 3 (or higher) in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (NVQ 3/4). This is an essential requirement. Strong outgoing personality, creative thinker with the ability to create engaging counter theatre. Passion for skin health, using this passion to inspire others.
