The Role As Flagship Store Manager, you'll be the ambassador of the Antler brand in our principal retail location, with the following responsibilities. Leadership and People Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences Create a culture of curiosity, service, and storytelling Commercial Performance Own all flagship KPIs — including sales, conversion, UPT, and labour productivity Use data and insight to identify opportunities and drive the performance of the store Forecast, manage, and report on store performance and P&L in collaboration with the Global Commercial Director Implement local marketing initiatives and partnerships to maximise traffic and conversion Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering best-in-class service that's warm, knowledgeable, and personal Collaborate with HQ to host in-store events, activations, and partnerships that build community and drive footfall Partner with HQ teams to ensure the store reflects Antler's design-led identity and seasonal storytelling Maintain flawless visual standards and product presentation Operational Excellence Oversee all day-to-day operations, including opening and closing routines, stock control and compliance Partner with logistics and planning teams to manage deliveries, replenishment, and stock accuracy Maintain a seamless omnichannel experience — including Click & Collect, ship-from-store, and clienteling Requirements You're an experienced store or flagship manager in a premium or lifestyle retail environment You have a track record of delivering commercial success while maintaining brand integrity and service excellence You're a natural leader and storyteller — confident, curious, and emotionally intelligent You understand modern retail: omnichannel, experience-led, and customer-obsessed You thrive in dynamic, growing brands and have an entrepreneurial mindset You're passionate about travel and a well-trodden explorer Benefits The Essentials Competitive salary based on experience with performance-based bonus 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Generous staff discount and travel product allowance Opportunities for growth within a fast-evolving British brand A creative, collaborative culture where ideas are valued and voices are heard The Perks Aside from the role, the people and our mission, here are some of the other things that make Antler a great place to work.
