**Role -** Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager) - Fixed Term Contract
**Location** - Maddoc Street, Llandudno, LL30 2TL
**Working Days & Hours** - Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) + Sat, 1 in 4 rota, 9am - 1pm
**Employment Type** - Full-Time, 7-Month Fixed Contract

- **Beresford Adams**:_ **_Countrywide _**are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join an established Property Management team, within their residential lettings business.

The Connells Group has recently acquired Beresford Adams: Countrywide, securing our place as the UK’s largest property services group. Our Customer Service Advisors (known locally as Property Managers), play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers and clients receive the service they deserve throughout their time with us; so we're on the lookout for those with great communication and relationship skills and a passion for property

**The role of a Property Manager**:
You will be fully managing your own portfolio of properties across one of our North Wales branches, acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy. This could include:

- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Organising Gas and Electrical safety certification
- Assisting with tenant arrears
- Negotiating end of tenancy deposits
- Developing a competent knowledge of lettings legislation, to help and support our customers and colleagues during their tenancy
