Client Success Executive

**What is the job?**
As a Client Success Executive, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the company's services. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and providing them with the support they needto get the most out of the software. You will also be responsible for identifying and solving any problems that clients may have.
- Dive into content and client research to assist the marketing team in creating captivating social media publications and case studies
- Assist with internal meeting bookings and event logistics
- Manage the CRM system for the sales, marketing and client success department
- Execute engaging onboarding demonstrations and new feature demonstrations
- Build knowledge and create regular meaningful engagement experiences
- Develop super-user level understanding of all products
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, at least one day week in the Bristol office, though during the training/probation period you’ll need to be office based 3 days a week.
**Who are we looking for?**
- We're looking for someone who has a minimum of one year of experience working in SaaS/B2B software environment.
- Proven experience in demonstrating software to clients/subscribers
- Excellent communication skills in person, on video calls, and over the phone
- Previous experience with CRM systems is desirable
You should be passionate about customer service and have a track record of delivering excellent results. You should be a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly. You should also be a team player who is willing to goabove and beyond to help your colleagues.
