- Parking is available, also close to bus links.
- Central Location - South of Bristol City Centre
- Salary is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
- Immediate start can be available
Joining the team of 20 as a Client Services Executive, you can guarantee to be part of a fun, sociable team with a casual dress code for a more relaxed and friendly environment with office table football, a Beer & Cider fridge (with a beer/cider hour on Fridaysplus an early finish), office games, lots of cakes, and the odd night out. The Client Services Executive role:
- Responsible for the post-sale customer communications and delivery lifecycle across the company's diverse client portfolio
- Accountable for the effective implementation of the client communications strategy
- Direct the movement of information and assets into and out of the business, managing both internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple campaigns as well as provide support for other ongoing campaigns and projects across the Client Services team.
- Manage the booking of work against associated campaign budgets with product teams, proactively tracking spend and setting deadlines
- Present proposed marketing strategies and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely.
- Obtain effective and timely campaign reporting from product teams to a deadline, providing proactive insight for clients
- Gain approval from clients for all projects and creative work, ensuring the work is carried out to the agreed brief and within the agreed SLAs
- Continuously develop product knowledge that translates into a platform for client success and increased product adoption
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients
The ideal person for the Client Services Executive role:
- This is very much a client facing role so you will need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will be the bridge between clients and the inhouse team.
- Good understanding and experience of SEO and paid advertising is essential.
- A proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients with multiple campaigns
- A creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Extremely well organised with a natural ability to deliver to continuous deadlines
