Administrator / Customer Service Representative

**Job Title: Administrator/ Customer Relations**
**Location: Heart of Chelmsford**
We are looking for a new Office Administrator/Customer relations manager to join our Family run team. You can be experienced or looking to start something new.
You will need to be highly organised and detail orientated with good people skills. You will be joining a laid back yet hardworking team, that carries the family run ethos throughout the company to all employees.
Abacus Windows are a manufacturer of premium window and door products selling to both the trade and the general public.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable
- Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support sales and marketing efforts through data entry and lead management
- Assist with inventory management and order processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an office admin role is preferred, but not necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the windows and doors industry (preferred but not required)

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
