**SALES INVOICING ADMINISTRATOR - FINANCE TEAM**
**Link Contracting Ltd** - We are the leading Building, Electrical, Mechanical and projects business working across the whole UK with over 30 years of experience within the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Invoicing Administrator to join our expanding Finance Team.
**Location**: Wigan
**DUTIES**:
- Day to day sales invoicing of maintenance jobs using in-house system and client systems
- Working within a small team
- Checking job data for integrity, accuracy and profitability
- Collating costs for labour and materials on jobs
- Processing sub-contractor invoices
**QUALITIES / SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Sales invoicing background REQUIRED - ideally in a maintenance/ construction environment
- Confident with IT systems (full training provided)
- Numerical skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- A team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to accurately follow set processes
**GENERAL**
- A permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) and secure position within a leading company on the market
- Working Hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- 30 minute unpaid lunch (40 hours per week)
- 30 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) - increasing with service
- Office based (Wigan)
- Hourly Rate : £10.50
- Contributory pension scheme
- On-site parking
