**After Sales Administrator**
A great new role has come in for an After Sales Administrator for a multinational construction company based in Wigan to complete all processes and procedures with regards to warranties and service agreements.
**What will the right person look like?**
**What will you be doing?**
- Administer all processes and procedures with regards to warranties and service agreements
- Enter new service agreements and renewals on to the system as well as spreadsheet maintenance to accurately record information.
- Inputs engineer time sheets and manual attendance forms to produce monthly information required for payroll.
- Maintain day to day invoicing and service work in progress.
- Monitor invoice queries.
- Carry out retrospective credits, pricing updates and purchase orders as required.
- Responds promptly to internal and external customers, knowing who to approach for additional support and assistance.
**Hours/Salary/Benefits**
The After Sales Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours, 8am to 5pm. Competitive salary, private healthcare, attractive pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
