We have an opportunity for a billing and invoicing specialist to join our Sales Order Processing (SOP) team in either our Wigan or Slough/Heathrow Approach office. This role is important as you'll be responsible for managing customer experience throughout the order process, invoicing, licencing and beyond. The role requires close interaction with other team members, the sales organisation and other key corporate stakeholders to manage queries and resolve any issues.

**What will you be doing?**

As a SOP & Invoicing Advisor, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Working as part of a team, helping to achieve and maintain structured KPIs/SLAs/OLAs. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to other team members as required to ensure that KPIs/SLAs and OLAs are met
- Delivering first class customer service, ensuring the customer has a satisfactory customer experience
- Resolving any order related queries, billing issues, raising credit notes and processing refund requests
- Ensuring that all aspects of daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed in a timely fashion
- Ensuring monthly invoicing activity is completed where manual import and billing runs are required
- Providing any regular or ad hoc reports to customers or internal stakeholders that are required
- Processing of sales orders where discount, approvals or special requirements are required under business agreed leverls of authority (LoA)
- Processing of contract renewal orders where approvals or special requirements are required under business agreed LoA
- Dispatching the product and assisting with the initial set up, checking and assisting with license issues
- Supporting other members of the team, providing training and guidance where necessary with complex customer queries
- Resolving customer escalations and to support processes with other interfacing teams in IRIS such as cash allocation, credit control debt collection or customer complaints as required.
- Assisting on any other ad-hoc duties as required but not limited to finance administration duties.
