As we are expanding our business, we are looking to appoint a Onboarding Administrator to join the Investment Team. The role requires a “Team Player” Are you a Team player? If so we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
Responsible for the full end to end onboarding with new and existing clients
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers
- Responsible for customer due diligence and collect important information as part of our know your applicant process in line with our company Anti-Monday Laundering policy
- Process courier services
- Input and maintain customer records on a CRM system
- Participate in Quality Assurance
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, etc.
- Actively participate in developing, testing and implementing new processes and other process improvement initiatives as required
- Perform periodic reviews of accounts as required by the onboarding policies
**Essential experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, internet search engines
- Knowledge of CRM systems

**Salary**:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year. Salary will be reviewed after a successful probationary period.
