**Investment Onboarding Officer**

The Investment Onboarding Officer is responsible for onboarding new clients and suppliers, adhering to stringent due diligence and performing reviews in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations or as set by internal policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**

The Investment onboarding Officer will support the full ownership of the onboarding of suppliers, clients and new investors

Complete stringent due diligence on new clients and suppliers; this will entail performing and recording the results of searches and sanction checks

Managing all Anti Money Laundering requirements and proactively resolve ad-hoc queries related to complex aspects of AML analysis

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and suppliers

Perform periodic reviews of accounts as required by the onboarding policies

Actively participate in developing, testing and implementing new processes and other process improvement initiatives as required

Supporting with client and suppliers contacts as required for the purpose of assurance and compliance monitoring programmes

Assisting with compliance monitoring and business assurance programmes as required.

Ensure the CRM system and pipeline are kept up to date in order to accurately forecast and drive sales performance.

Helping to develop and test customer journey/customer care packages

The need for seamless customer service

Participate in Quality Assurance

**Essential experience**

Demonstrable experience in undertaking client/Suppliers due diligence, including completing independent searches and sanction checks

Proven experience in completing enhanced due diligence

Prior experience interpreting policies and procedures associated with AML regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, internet search engines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
