The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our existing team based in Bromsgrove.

**The Role**:
The key function of this position is to help support the team to ensure the highest levels of quality and compliance are maintained within the business. This role will be based at our head office in Bromsgrove.

This varied role will include maintaining accurate records, processing data and producing reports.You will support the team with administration duties including customer complaints, internal audits, monitoring results of surveys and checking complianceof records.

You will be working on a variety of tasks and projects as requested by the Business Assurance Manager.

**The Package**:

- Annual salary of £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year’s employment inclusive of statutory holidays.

**The Person**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Prior experience of performing administrative duties with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in the use of MS Office including MS Excel and Word

**Desirable Criteria:**
- Previous experience of managing a document control system would be advantageous but not essential.

**Hours of Work**:
Your working week will consist of up to 37.5 hours Monday - Friday with 1 hour’s lunch break each day.
