**Waltham Forest Secondary School Seeks Experienced SENCo**
We are currently partnering with an esteemed secondary school in Waltham Forest who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join their team in September on a full-time, permanent basis.
**The Role**
- Leading and managing the school's SEN team
- Developing and implementing effective SEN policies and procedures
- Liaising with external agencies and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to SEN support
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of SEN interventions
- Providing advice and guidance to teachers and support staff on SEN matters
- A recognised SENCo qualification (National Award for SEN Coordination)
- A proven track record of successful SEN leadership in a secondary school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to ensuring all students reach their full potential
