We are looking for a full-time Team Admin Coordinator for our newly formed Single Point of Access Team ( SPOA) based at Swandean, Worthing.

This is an interesting and varied position that would suit an experienced secretary/administrator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The post holder will be motivated and flexible, be able to work well within a team and able to organise their own workload. Good time management skills and being able to prioritise tasks is essential as is having good attention to detail. This will be a busy and varied role where you will be have management and supervision responsibility for the SPOA admin and also coordinating the workload ensuring referrals are processed within required timescales. You will need to liaise effectively with other teams and agencies as well as families. Sometimes you may have to deal sensitively with people who may be distressed. You will need to set up new processes in line with Trust Policies.
- Working closely with the Service Lead in supporting the overall functioning of this new and exciting development.
- Putting processes into place as per Trust/Service guidelines and requirements
- Ensuring the team's key Quality Assurance targets are met through admin support and processes.
- Management and supervision of the SPOA admin staff
- Co-ordination of the admin workload
- Processing of incoming referrals, uploading onto electronic patient record and following processes accurately.
- Typing and/or formatting letters and sending them out as required
- Inputting data onto electronic patient records
- Managing Outlook diaries
- Managing Outlook inboxes
- Joining regular meetings and minuting if required
- Managing the roster for the team

**the main duties of the role are**:
