**What you will be doing**

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with learning disabilities and/or associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Whether you have been a Healthcare Assistant or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience tosupport people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because ofyou.

The Elysium Wellbeing team is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

- This is a part-time 20 weekly hours, night shift._

**Where you will be working**

**Location**: Dyke Road Avenue, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 5LE

You will be working at Dane House, an immaculate, new six bed service for people with learning disability and/or with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. It boasts?a range of communal amenities including sensory facilities and a large garden.

You will be caring for people who may have transitioned from residential schools or colleges, moved out of the family home or who need to move from a failed placement in the community
