We are looking for a **Service Design and Transition Analyst** to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.. You will receive a competitive salary of **£38,552 - £40,861 per annum.**

**Service Design and Transition Analyst role**:
As a **Service Design and Transition Analyst,**you will beresponsible for the seamless transition to business as usual of enhancements to existing services and implementation of new services.

You will work through the solution development lifecycle to ensure that future changes are effectively implemented and supported.

You will act as a co-ordination point between the IT Operations Practice and other areas of the organisation to ensure a smooth transition of services into the production environment, managing Early Life Support and transition of support following that period.

**What we’re looking for in our Service Design and Transition Analyst:??**

To meet the requirements of this role, you will have experience of service management processes specifically related to the transition of services and an understanding of Infrastructure and Application technologies.
- Relative experience in an IT field or holds a qualification in Information Technology or a related area (Degree Level or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through coaching or mentoring
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact and build working relationships with stakeholders is essential
