**The Role of the Team Leader**
- Supervise and monitor floor staff in a fast-paced environment
- To ensure the smooth running of the area to which you are assigned
- Report directly to Duty Managers
- Communicate event procedures to floor staff
- Ensure that all guests are attended to in professional manner at all times
- Work well under-pressure in busy environments
- Manage teams in calm and collected manner at all times
- Lead by example and set the standards expected from floor staff
- Knowledge of food safety and allergens is essential

**The Person**

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in events or the hospitality industry but what we really need is:

- Immaculately presented individuals
- Experience in busy fast paced environments as team-leader/supervisor
- Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness
- Natural Leader with the ability to motivate those surrounding you
- A passion for pleasing to ensure a happy experience
- An interest, and appreciation in food and beverage
- Confident communicator
- Strong service skills to provide guests with a 5-star experience
- Well-groomed, charismatic, and mannered individuals
- Friendly, hospitable, flexibility and reliability
- Own transport or able to arrange own transport / use public transport to and from the venues
- Able to provide your own uniform - long sleeve black formal shirt, black smart school trousers and black smart school shoes. The uniform may change with different clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
