Roasting Plant is looking for Team Leader/Supervisor who have a passion for great coffee and customer service. You should be motivated by teamwork and willing to help others. Each day is a new in Roasting Plant and you must be able to adapt, smile, and deliver our specialty coffee.

It will be a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team at the Roasting Plant Coffee store located just near the London Bridge station.

As a Team Leader, your role is to adhere to the Roasting Plant brand standards while ensuring that our customers always come first by providing them with a world class customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SE1 9QQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
