As a Supervisor/Team Leader, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till. We’ll train you in our high standards of customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness and hygiene. But the rest is up to you.

- **The team leader is responsible for the shift operations of the restaurant. Its your baby.**_

A genuine smile and an ability to connect with others is a great start. You are the leader of your store and will be supported by an enthusiastic passionate team. You need to be a coach and support for your team as a hands on management. We don't want you stuck behind a laptops all day. Responsibilities include:

- Opening and Closing
- Stock Take
- Ordering
- Prep Food
- Build Burgers
- Reports
- Team Management
- Adherence to operating standards

**High levels of energy are vital. You’re efficient at getting things done, but that doesn’t mean you skip on the details. You like to get things right - every time.**

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- food preparation & handling: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
