**Office Support & Accounts Assistant**
**This is a great entry level opportunity to work in an office environment with full support and training**
20 days annual leave + public holidays (pro rata)
We are seeking a flexible, organised & positive person with a professional approach and initiative to join our busy manufacturing company. We are offering a pleasant working environment & the opportunity to take a key support role in our friendly team. The role is diverse & would include the following responsibilities:
**Sales Team**:
Assisting Sales team as required.
Answering phone & forwarding/taking messages for Sales team.
Assisting with general queries.
**Accounts**:
Input of purchase invoices & sending out sales invoices to customers.
Sending statements & follow up re outstanding accounts.
Processing payments.
Assisting with accounts queries.
**Goods out**:
Processing & generating delivery paperwork on courier systems (training provided).
Dealing with queries.
**General**:
To work with team members where required to ensure smooth running of the company as required.
Ordering & restocking where required.
Sending out mail items as required.
Filing as required.
Reporting to Accounts Manager & Managing Director
Hours could have some flexibility but must cover Fridays. Guideline 10am-4pm daily.
Accounts system training would be provided.
Computer literacy essential & knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Office.

Part-time hours: 25-27.5 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
