- To provide an effective professional and dedicated payroll support service to the integrated Payroll, Pension and HR team.
- Managing and coordinating key tasks, outputs, and reports of the team ensuring they are executed and delivered to an appropriate standard and quality in line with Payroll, pension and HR reporting timelines and requirements.**Job description**:

**Person specification**:
You will be an experienced payroll professional looking for their next challenge. You will have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of in-house payroll, including end to end processing, analysis, manual calculations, statutory requirements and payroll controls.

As your role will involve working across multiple payrolls you will be highly organised, self-motivated, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

In delivering a professional and responsive payroll service to both internal and customers, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to anticipate future actions required with the customer experience at the forefront. You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive when necessary, resilient, and remain calm under pressure.

A payroll qualification or working towards a payroll qualification is desirable but not essential.

You will be experienced with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Powerpoint and will have advanced level experience with Excel.
