**Job Summary**
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a brilliant international business in the Newcastle area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team working for a well established company.
**Key Duties/Tasks**:
- Process payroll for part of a team for 11,000 employees across the UK.
- Timesheet input
- Process payroll cycle
- Input pension amendments and process auto enrolment
- Pay and pension enquiries
- Absence Administration
- Statutory payments and deductions
- Loading of Interface files
- Tax code changes, P45, RTI submissions
- Annual pension returns
- Pension reconciliation and uploads
**Desirable skills and attributes**:
- Experience within a Payroll Administration role
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
