An established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor who is currently, or working their way to Director or Partner level.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join 3 Partners who planning for the future, thus presenting this unique opportunity.
**The Quantity Surveyor's Role**
The Partners are seeking a personable, client facing Quantity Surveyor who will undertake two key functions:
- Open new revenue streams
- Grow the Quantity Surveying team in London
There will still be elements of carrying out Quantity Surveying services as well.
**The Quantity Surveyor**
- MRICS or FRICS
- Experience working in the UK cost management / Quantity Surveying market
- High level of cost management knowledge
- Business development acumen
- Client facing
- Either a Director or Partner in a QS firm, or seeking that next step
**In Return?**
- £90,000 - £110,000
