**Salary: £200K OTE (Basic to £105k and £95k OTC uncapped) plus benefits**

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 8 formed by account managers and new business developers. You will play a proactive role in partnering with colleagues from across Marketing, Product, Content and Consulting to align on your outreach strategyand overall growth goals for the territory. This is an ideal position for a leader with previous experience in building and leading high performing teams, as well as with a track record of being a coach and mentor
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, through managing a SME sales team of Account Managers, each of whom will have a book of 100 named accounts, and a team of Business Developers focused on new logo accounts within Nordics, French,Italian and Spanish territories
- To design, implement and execute a concise go to market plan with the team to target high growth customers in the set territory, delivering on overall growth goals
- Managing forecasts and pipeline coverage accurately on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through use of our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Recruiting, developing, managing, and creating a team culture of target overachievement through strong processes, excellent selling and service skills, and an atmosphere of dedication, passion, confidence, and fun
- Finding new opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell and proactively managing risk within the territory across the team
- Aiding the development of the team through sales and product training on a regular basis to ensure each member of the team is enabled to overachieve
- Working with colleagues across functions (Consulting, Marketing, Product Specialists and Content Leads) to set short and long-term sales strategies, providing market and customer feedback to accelerate overall performance with set territory
- Managing a London based team with hybrid working arrangements, creating a strong sense of commercial urgency and purpose
- Represent the business across all key conferences and association meetings across the territory
**Required Experience**:
- 5+ years of B2B solution sales management experience, including a proven track record of beating revenue goals year on year
- Bachelor’s Degree in life science/ pharmaceutical discipline
- Fluent in either Italian, French or Spanish - ideally multiple
- Proven ability to lead a sales team, relying on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish sales goals
- Experience having sold Business Intelligence into the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Proactively managing and monitoring team performance against sales objectives
- Strong experience in coaching and mentoring others - Providing coaching and performance management to improve individual and team performance.
- Highly developed business acumen and ability to understand the wider issues of the market you operate in
Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies, Salesforce (CRM) and sales coaching tools (i.e. Jiminny, Gong, etc)
