An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and play a key role in helping to provide an efficient Ambulance Service to people across Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a Quality and Safety Administrator to play a key role in the Quality and Safety Team which is part of the wider Quality, Governance and Performance Assurance Directorate. The post is 37.5 hours per week which is could be split between four shifts (On a rota basis): 07:00 - 15:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 10:00 - 18:00, Relief Week. The post primarily supporting the work of the friendly Patient Safety Investigations Team, dealing with: - Quality Improvement - Patient Safety Incidents and Serious Incidents - Data Quality Management - Staff engagement - Answering incident report calls - Call quality checking - Service to Service incidents and Quality Alerts And many other varied administration requirements across the wider team. We are seeking someone who has an enthusiasm for Patient Safety, has excellent organisational and time management skills. An understanding of the NHS would be beneficial but not essential. Please be aware, although the base location is listed as HQ, the Trust is currently working offering a hybrid working solution. (Home/Office). When our corporate offices reopen, our future way of working will mean a more flexible approach therefore, whilst the base may still be HQ, there will be opportunity to work remotely and from a base depending on the requirements of the role.
