SEC Life Sciences is proud to be one of Europe's leading providers of talent acquisition services within the field of Life Sciences. We cover permanent and contract positions across the entire drug development cycle from discovery and development right through to commercialisation, and support a range of clients in the Biotech, MedTech, Digital Health, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical space.
The client services team is a business critical division within SEC Life Sciences. The purpose of the division is to ensure a stronger partnership with our existing clients and to support the development of new clients in our target markets.
**In this role you'll be accountable for**:
- Key account management responsibilities for designated clients managing a targeted approach to take buying clients to partners, lapsed clients to buying clients working in partnership with the sales and delivery team
- In conjunction with the Sales & Delivery teams you will implement strategic business development plans to target clients at a key stage in their development cycle
- Utilise external and proprietary data to build client specific strategies
- Influencing key decision makers at a strategic and tactical level introducing SEC's full suite of products including, contingent, contained and retained business solutions
- Partnering with sales and delivery consultants at client meetings or pitches
- Successful onboarding of all new clients within designated markets to include a full briefing of SEC and our product offerings, accounts and invoicing set up and full CRM compliance
- Working with our marketing team to devise new outreach programs to existing and potential clients
- To be accountable for performance in line with agreed goals and key performance indicators (KPI's)
- You are fluent in German
- Have demonstratable account management skills from a niche recruitment sector, having developed client accounts and built lasting relationships
- Have proven recruitment sales skills from making an initial outreach, through the pitch to successful client onboarding
- Are confidence in your own knowledge to make recommendations to clients in strategic projects with the ability to spot a sales opportunity
- Have persistence, with the drive and ambition to successfully complete a project
- Are naturally curious with good listening skills
- Have a collaborative approach to work with the ability to manage conflicting prioritise
- Are empathetic, with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Have strong negotiations skills
