CMC are hiring a Head of Product, as the Head of Product you will be hands-on, adventurous and passionate about delivering everything our clients need to seize the opportunities of trading the financial markets. This is a highly visible and strategic role within the company, as you will be responsible for the development and execution of a sustainable product strategy.

You will need to be skilled at identifying opportunities to differentiate our product and deliver unique value in a competitive market. You will work with engineering, design, marketing and customer facing teams to develop and build the best solutions for our clients that drive satisfaction, advocacy and growth.

You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders within CMC to yield the best possible results and also secure the necessary investments, resources and support to successfully execute product plans.

WHAT WE NEED
- CMC is looking for a product leader with experience at a high-growth company to establish the foundation for rapid delivery of world-class product.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Distil the growth product vision into a compelling roadmap, with the overall goal of growing CMC’s active user base- Manage the day-to-day execution of all product activities for the purpose of meeting product and business goals-
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements through data and client interactions-
- Continually refine the product development model through experimentation and research-
- Develop and manage product portfolio to have a healthy balance of product innovation and optimisation.-
- Define and champion the necessary infrastructure and tools needed to spur fast and effective product development-
- Create a culture and build processes that foster cross functional collaboration and ownership-
- Work on the growth vision and success metrics with senior stakeholders-
- Attract top talent and continue to build the product team-
- Work with the UX and engineering teams to create functional and delightful user experiences-
- Influencing senior stakeholders at Exco level and presenting at board meetings.KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- You love solving problems- Strong business acumen, curiosity to learn and become an expert in a complex industry-
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of the customer and define our North Star-
- Ability to lead and grow a product team in a hands on and collaborative approach-
- You have experience leading a growth team in a mass-market consumer products-
- You have 3+ years’ experience in managing product managers-
- You have at least 5+ years’ experience creating customer-facing products in high-paced companies-
- You are highly logical and technical-
- Experience with product analytics tools e.g. Amplitude etc.-
- Ideally you will have a background in Financial Services/Fintech.
