**CUSTOMER AFTER-SALES ADVISOR**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you passionate about motorsport and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re expanding our dynamic Sales Team and seeking a proactive Customer After-Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional support across our global motorsport programmes. This is a key role within our business, offering a unique opportunity to engage with valued clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care.

**The role and responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate with global teams to deliver timely parts and services.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Create and manage time schedules based on customer requirements.
- Promote and upsell relevant products and services.
- Organise component rebuilds in collaboration with internal departments.
- Keep customer informed on the status of orders and rebuilds.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure smooth payment processing and documentation.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette and negotiation skills.
- Technically minded with a basic understanding of automotive parts and commercial documentation.
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.
- A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in the automotive or motorsport industry, especially in a dealership or after-sales environment.
