**Customer Service Advisor - Evening Shift**

We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisor's for our Evening Customer Service Team in Embleton.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for:

- **First in class customer service**:

- over the telephone and via our web chat service.
- Taking orders with accuracy and dealing with customer queries.
- Working, in what can be at times, a fast-paced environment.
- Being quick and efficient at data inputting.

Experience in working within the busy sales office is of advantage but full training on products, procedures and systems will be provided.

**About You**

A skilled customer service and sales professional, you'll always make sure that the customer's interests come first. You understand the customer's perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport and demonstrate empathy when needed. You'll be a confident multi-tasker who can be resilient and show a great team spirit Experience working in a targeted sales or customer service workplace would be beneficial, but not essential as training on all aspects of the role is provided. You’ll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You’ll have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills. You’ll deliver high standards, working accurately and efficiently. You care about delivering goods to customers ‘on time in full’ as ensuring customers have the right stock at the right time means our products are always available for our customers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.30 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 19.50 per week
