**Main Duties**:_(Full Training Provided)_**
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Use our computerised hotel system to efficiently process guest details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Accurately enter billing charges, monitor payments, and ensure that daily takings are balanced.
- Handle guest queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring requests are swiftly addressed to guarantee satisfaction.
- Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure.
- Adapt your communication style to suit a variety of guest needs, listening actively and resolving issues promptly to provide a personalised experience.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
- GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different situations and guests.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

**Hours of Work**:

- 8 hours per week worked on a rota basis (see below)
- Week 1: Saturday either 8.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm shift
- Week 2: Sunday either 8.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm shift
- Week 3: Saturday either 8.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm shift
- Week 4: Sunday either 8.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm shift

**Salary**:

- Age 16-17 £8.45
- Age 18-20 £10.05
- Age 21+ £12.26
