Here at Stapleford Park we are always looking for exceptional people to work at our beautiful Hotel. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service to join the team as a Hotel Receptionist, where you will be working with our excellent Front of House Team. Main duties include:

- To assist in the smooth and efficient day to day running of the Front Office focusing on our guests’ requirements.
- As the guests first impression, ensure that all guests are met, roomed and are comfortable during their stay.
- Whist bidding goodbye ensure all revenue is captured, correctly charged through a smooth check out.
- To be fully conversant with all of the hotels Front Office computerised systems.
- Being in constant communication with all other departments of the hotel.
- Assist the reservations team with room and restaurant bookings.
- You must hold a full driving licence and should also have a good level of English to converse with our guests.

**Salary**: Up to £10.50 per hour
