Duties of the Trainee Property Manager
*Manage your own mixed residential portfolio
*Deal with maintenance enquiries
*Chase arrears
*Keep files compliant
*Liaise with Landlords and tenants
*Deal with deposit registration, release and disputes
*Complete ARLA
Character profile of the Trainee Property Manager
*Personable and able to build rapport quickly
*Strength in character
*Can-do, positive attitude
*Keen to progress
*Able to work under pressure
*Good time management and organisation
Package for the Trainee Property Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

**Salary**: £25,750
Holiday: 25 days + Bank holidays,
Hybrid Working

**Benefits**:
*You will be put through ARLA
*If you want to work weekends you will be paid extra
*Bonus of 10% which increases in percentage as you progress
*Healthcare and other benefits
