About Zebra Property Group:

Zebra is a property company that has operations in both London and Edinburgh. We offer an end to end service for clients (search, build & property management) but are primarily a build/construction company that works on residential and commercial properties. Our construction projects have ranged from a small side return or commercial gym fit out right through to the building of multi-million-pound block of flats. We consist of a small but expanding team that prides itself on having a welcoming, friendly and fun ethos. Understanding that communication, honesty and hard work creates positive rewards. We provide our clients with the highest level of service and produce exceptional results; in turn we have strong relationships with our customers who know we can deliver what they need.

The Role:

Zebra are looking to employ a trainee property construction project manager to help with some of our construction projects. With the business entering a growth period, we are in need of a skilled, organised and driven coordinator to join the core team, to bring focus and good rigour to the back of house operation of our project activities. • Contribute needs and requirements for procurement of subcontractors and materials
  • Accurate and timely recording of all project information
  • Proactively collect, record and store project and process documentation
  • Take ownership of the back office project processing to allow the growth of the overall project management capability
  • Assist in gathering of supplier quotes, orders, and tracking of the same to delivery on time

  • Previous exposure to commercial elements of projects is also very helpful
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good fundamental IT skills - Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work and travel within the M25 (our office is in Battersea)
