Trainee Property Manager £25,000 plus bonus
This is a great opportunity to join one of London's leading Estate Agents on their successful Property Management team as a Trainee Property Manager.

Duties of the Trainee Property Manager:
**Liaising with Building Management companies over communal issues
**Liaising with the landlord, tenant and contractors over maintenance issues, ensuring all parties are regularly kept up to date
**Drawing up legal notices for any possession recovery of the property
**Managing the check out process
**Extensive quality control to ensure all necessary documentation is in place at the tenancy outset
**Sending out check in reports to landlords and tenants and resolving any discrepancies
Character profile of the Trainee Property Manager:
**Intelligent, articulate and focused
**Personable and able to build rapport quickly
**Previous experience in Property Management
**Positive can do attitude
Package for the Trainee Property Manager:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00 pm
£25,000 and raising to £27,000 once promoted to fully fledged Property Manager
£3,000 annual bonus
West London - Hybrid role
