This is a part-time position, either 3 days or 4 days a week, and can also be split across 5 days to accommodate childcare commitments, should this be required. Full-time salary equivalent £26,000.

**About you**

If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you because we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a vital role in the creation and delivery of campaigns.

**The role**

With a proven track record in marketing communications, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns from concept to completion. You will ensure all activity is running on time and in budget, whilst keeping stakeholders informed of progress and results. You are also responsible for the day-to-day running of the CRM system in order to support campaign engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will join the friendly and creative marketing team, working alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and Graduate Copywriter to deliver engaging marketing activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the year that are aligned with business priorities. HubSpot is the marketing system we use, and training can be provided.
- Work closely with our in-house experts to create highly engaging marketing campaigns that encourages audience participation and generates qualified leads.
- Keep the marketing plan up-to-date with planned/delivered activity and post-campaign performance.
- Ensure buyer personas are produced for each campaign, targeting our ideal client.
- Align with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure social media activity is planned in line with marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Graduate Content Writer and our designer to ensure communications have engaging, dynamic content and responsive designs.
- Identify third party/sponsorship opportunities that may enhance campaign reach.
- Work closely with our marketing agency to ensure inbound marketing workflows are in place, nurturing contacts to become marketing qualified leads then passed to the relevant sales person for follow up.
- Monitor, analyse and report on platform analytics to continuously improve engagement and leads. Report these to the Senior Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.
- Ensure campaign costs are within the set marketing budget for the year.
- Identify key customer data required to achieve the best commercial outcomes for marketing campaigns.
- Be the day-to-day contact for the CRM system internally.

**Requirements**:

- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns within a B2B environment.
- Campaign results analysis.
- Project management.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Positive, can do attitude.
- Full driving licence.
- HubSpot experience would be an advantage, however not essential.

**The package**
- A competitive salary banding of £26,000 full-time equivalent. 4 days pro-rata £20,800 / 3 days pro-rata £15,600.
- Salaries are reviewed annually in line with performance reviews, you will have a clear salary plan linked to your personal development plan.
- Hybrid working available, with 1 day a week spent at our Head Office.
- The business is closed between Christmas and New Year.
- 26 days annual leave which will be pro-rata depending on the number of days you work (3 days allocated over the Christmas shut down) plus 8 days Bank Holidays. If a part-time role these will be pro-rata, depending on the hours/days you work.
