**Marketing Executive**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Pall Mall.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with public relations and internal communications is a strong advantage.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
**Campaign Support**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, social media, and public relations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Employ creative thinking and initiative to share ideas with the wider team for larger scale brand campaigns and growth driver activity during planning phases.
**Content Creation**:
- Develop compelling content for various marketing platforms, including website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Write and manage the company blog, creating informative and engaging posts that highlight company initiatives, patient stories, and healthcare insights.
- Provide fresh thinking and generate engaging content to meet KPIs and drive channel growth.
- Use data insights to continuously improve and refine content strategies working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
**Internal Communications**:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
**Influencer and Patient Engagement**:
- Identify and engage with healthcare influencers to promote company services and initiatives.
- Book and manage the influencer process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients to gather testimonials and stories for marketing purposes.
- Manage patient case studies which involves contacting patients and developing content for the relevant marketing channels.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct research to gather data on market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
**Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organising and promoting events such as health fairs, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate event logistics and support on-site execution as needed.
**PR Support**:
- Assist in managing public relations activities, including press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and managing media enquiries.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR activities.
**Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
**Collaboration and Support**:
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing marketing materials inventory.
