**Location: Handcross**

**Basic Salary: £21,000 (Increase to £24k upon successful completion of your first year)**

**You should expect to earnOTE depending on performance in the first three years**:
**Year 1 - £30,000**

**Year 2 - £50,000**

**Year 3 - £70,000 - £100,000**

- A recent Graduate (in the last 2 years) or someone that is graduating in the next year
